Engagement Model for Decision-Making Support

Service Overview

AY ACE Co., Ltd. (“we” or the “Company”) provides services under contracts intended solely for advisory support and the provision of decision-making inputs for management decisions.

We do not undertake execution, management, or operational responsibilities. Accordingly, we do not offer contract structures that guarantee deliverable submission or the achievement of operational outcomes.

Our engagements are limited to supporting the improvement of decision-making quality.

Engagement Model

Our standard engagement model is a monthly advisory retainer.

This model is designed not for one-time tasks or deliverable-based work, but for continuous support aimed at improving decision quality over time.

During the contract period, we provide ongoing support for management decision-making, including consultation, evaluation, and structuring key issues.

※ Please note: We do not accept execution-based contracts on a project basis.

Pricing Policy

Pricing is determined based on our scope and frequency of engagement, rather than workload or hours.

The value we provide lies not in the execution of tasks, but in our involvement to improve decision quality.

Specific fees are proposed individually based on factors such as company size, engagement scope, and consultation frequency.

The following figures are provided as a general reference only.

・Monthly advisory retainer: ¥◯ – ¥◯ per month

・Contract term: from 3 months

※ Final terms and pricing will be determined based on the details discussed during the initial consultation.

Deliverables

Our services are not intended for the creation or delivery of formal deliverables such as operational manuals, systems, or workflow documentation.

When necessary, we may provide structured materials or issue notes as decision-making inputs; however, these are supplementary and intended solely to support the decision-making process.

Deliverables are provided solely as decision-support materials and do not include execution, management, or operational implementation.

Out of Scope Services (Important)

The following services are not included in our scope of engagement:

Execution, management, or operational outsourcing
Task and progress management
Organizational structuring or business process design
System implementation or business automation
Translation and interpretation services
Advice on or management of investments and financial products

Compliance & Scope Notes

We provide our services based on formal contracts and invoices.

We do not engage in financial instruments business, investment management, or investment advisory/agency services.

In accordance with international standards established by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and relevant laws and regulations in each jurisdiction, we comply with international AML (anti-money laundering) requirements.
